Ingredients

1 24oz can garbanzo beans

5oz kielbasa or pork sausage

1 small red pepper diced
-
2 cups kale, chopped

1 tsp cumin
-
1 tsp smoked paprika
-
2 T Moxie Garlic & Chive Seasoning

¼ cup water
-
Olive oil
-
Salt to taste
Directions
In a small Dutch oven with a lid, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté red pepper until softened.
Add sausage and cook for about 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Stir in spices and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Add kale, beans, and water. Stir to combine.
Cover and cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes, or until the greens are tender.
Season with salt to taste, and serve warm.
