Did we really make a recipe that only has 3 ingredients? You betcha. We’re not here to reinvent mushrooms; we’re here to coax out their inner diva with a little heat, a slick of butter, and some Moxie Flavor Bomb that knows how to get sh*t done. You’re here for inspiration, not innovation, and baby, these shrooms deliver.

Ingredients
-
8oz baby bella mushrooms, cleaned, stems removed and cut in quarters
-
2 tablespoons of butter (or more, go for it)
-
1 ½ teaspoons of Moxie Flavor Bomb Anything
Directions
In a skillet over medium-high heat, add 1 tablespoon of butter and cut mushrooms to the pan and stir until butter coats mushrooms.
Spread the mushrooms in an even layer, being careful not to overlap. You can do this easily by giving the pan a little shake.
Let those mushrooms get a nice sear on them, about two minutes. Add the other tablespoon of butter and stir again, shaking the pan to get them in a flat layer again.
Stir a few more times so mushrooms are nicely browned but not burned, total cook time should be about 5 minutes depending on much moisture your mushrooms had.
Turn off the heat and stir in the Flavor Bomb seasoning, adjusting butter and seasoning amounts to taste.
