Ingredients

3 Tablespoons butter, divided

28 ounces chicken breast* cut into ¾” cubes

½ C low sodium chicken broth

1 T Moxie Cajun Seasoning
-
18 ounces asparagus spears (weight after trimming)

¼ to ½ tsp Moxie Flavor Bomb Anything
-
fresh lemon
Directions
Cut chicken into chunks and season with Cajun Seasoning. Toss to coat.
If your asparagus is on the thin side (¼ “ or less at the stalk), simply trim and set aside.
If your asparagus is thick: Trim asparagus & place in a microwave safe bowl with ½” of water in the bottom and a cover or plastic wrap on top. Microwave on high for 1 minute until bright green. Set aside.
Place 1 T of butter in a skillet & melt over medium high heat. Add chicken and sauté for 8-10 minutes until golden brown. Remove the chicken from the pan & set on a plate to keep warm.
Add the broth to the pan. Bring to a simmer and allow the liquid to reduce by half. Add the remaining butter and let it melt. Add the asparagus to the pan, sprinkle with a pinch of Flavor Bomb Anything and let it cook for 2-3 minutes until crisp tender. Add the chicken back to the pan for a minute to let it reheat. Divide into 4 equal portions and serve hot. Enjoy!
