Ingredients
-
2 pounds boneless sirloin steak
-
1 T Flavor Bomb Anything Seasoning
-
2 cups fresh cherry or grape tomatoes cut in half
-
1/2 C sour cream (light or regular)
- 1 Tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- Natural Sea Salt and Fresh ground pepper to taste
-
1 T Garlic and Chive Seasoning
Garlic Sauce
Directions
Sprinkle the Flavor Bomb Seasoning over the steak on both sides and set aside. Preheat the grill if using. (You can cook indoors with a cast iron pan or indoor grill as well)
Prepare the garlic sauce by combining all the ingredients in a small bowl. Cover and set aside at room temperature. Should sit for at least 15 minutes, however, you can make this up to a day ahead of time and store in the refrigerator as well. (PS- makes a great dip or sandwich spread!)
Grill the steak on an outdoor BBQ grill for 5-7 minutes on each side until medium rare.
While steak is cooking, cut the tomatoes and season with a pinch of Flavor Bomb Seasoning.
Let the steak rest for 5 minutes and then slice thin across the grain.
Place 1/2 C tomatoes and 1 tablespoon of garlic sauce over the sliced steak. Plate with your favorite side dishes and enjoy!
