Ingredients
-
4 C prepared pasta of your choice (spaghetti, linguini, shiratake, etc.)
-
1 T butter
-
24 ounces salmon fillets (2- 12 oz work best)
-
Moxie Flavor Bomb Anything Seasoning
-
8 Tablespoons Cream Cheese broken into small chunks
-
Âź- â C low sodium chicken broth
-
1 T Moxie Mediterranean Seasoning
Directions
Prepare pasta as directed on box.
Season salmon filets with Flavor Bomb Anything
Add butter to a large frying pan and heat over medium high heat. When pan is hot, place salmon, skin side down in the pan and let cook for 3-4 minutes until skin is crispy.
Using a spatula, flip the fish over and let cook for just one minute more. Remove the fish from the pan and set aside to rest. If your filets are on the thicker side, this may require a minute or two more depending on your preferred doneness level.
Place the pan back over medium heat and add the cream cheese. Gently allow it to melt, swirling around the pan with a rubber spatula. Sprinkle with the Mediterranean seasoning. Slowly add the broth to the cream cheese, whisking to mix the two together to make the sauce. (Donât worry, just keep whisking, it will come together)
Bring the sauce to a simmer and add the noodles into the pan. Mix the sauce and noodles together to heat the noodles. Remove from the heat.
Cut the fish into chunks and add to the mixture, covering it with sauce. (Additionally, if you prefer, plate the pasta first and serve the salmon sliced or chunked over the noodles- itâs up to you!)
