Ingredients

4 Cups prepared pasta of your choice (spaghetti, linguini, ziti, etc.)

1 Tablespoon butter

24 ounces salmon fillets (2- 12 oz work best)

Moxie Flavor Bomb Anything Seasoning

½ Cup Heavy Cream
-
½ Cup chicken broth
-
2 Tablespoons Moxie Mediterranean Seasoning

1 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
Directions
Prepare pasta as directed on box.
Generously season salmon filets with Flavor Bomb Anything
Add butter to a large frying pan and heat over medium high heat. When pan is hot, place salmon, skin side down in the pan and let cook for 3-4 minutes until skin is crispy.
Using a spatula, flip the fish over and let cook for just one minute more. Remove the fish from the pan and set aside to rest. If your filets are on the thicker side, this may require a minute or two more depending on your preferred doneness level.
Place the pan back over medium heat and add the heavy cream, broth and parmesan cheese. Stir continuously until sauce thickens. Add Mediterranean seasoning.
Bring the sauce to a low simmer and add the pasta into the pan. Mix the sauce and pasta together. Turn off heat.
Cut the fish into chunks and add to the mixture, covering it with sauce. (Additionally, if you prefer, plate the pasta first and serve the salmon sliced or chunked over the pasta- it’s up to you!)
