Ingredients

2 pounds chicken breast cutlets, sliced or pounded thin

1 tsp Moxie Flavor Bomb Anything

1 T olive oil

12 ounces mixed mushrooms, sliced and woody stems removed

½ C chicken broth
-
½ C Half and Half
-
1 T Moxie Mediterranean Seasoning
Directions
Sprinkle chicken with Flavor Bomb Anything Seasoning. Ad oil to a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken until browned and just cooked, about 7-10 minutes. Transfer to a plate, cover and keep warm.
Add the mushrooms to the pan. Season with Flavor Bomb Seasoning and cook, stirring occasionally until slightly browned, about 4 minutes.
Increase the heat to high, add chicken broth and cook until mostly evaporated. Reduce heat to medium, add half and half (and any juice from the chicken plate) and Mediterranean Seasoning. Simmer until reduced by half.
Add the chicken back to the pan and turn to coat with the sauce. Serve the chicken topped with the sauce and accompanied with your choice of side dishes. Enjoy!
