Ingredients

¼ C mayonnaise (any style)

2 T white vinegar

1 T Moxie Cajun Seasoning

½ tsp Dijon mustard

2 16-ounce bags Cole slaw mix*

1 red bell pepper, sliced into strips
Directions
In a large bowl, combine the mayo, vinegar, mustard and seasoning. Using a whisk, combine together well.
Add the slaw mix and sliced peppers. Toss to coat in the dressing and refrigerate until ready to serve.
Recipe Note
Chef's tips:
Adjust the dressing to your preference—double the dressing recipe if you like a heartier slaw. But be careful not to add too much... so we suggest that you use separate bowls. Simply add the slaw mix to a large bowl and drizzle the dressing until you reach your desired level of creaminess. The remaining dressing can be stored for other uses (makes a great wedge salad dressing!!)
