Ingredients

¼ Cup mayonnaise

2 Tablespoons white vinegar

1 Tablespoon Moxie Cajun Seasoning

½ tsp Dijon mustard

2 16-ounce bags Cole slaw mix
Directions
In a large bowl, combine the mayo, vinegar, mustard and seasoning. Using a whisk, combine together well.
Add the slaw mix. Toss to coat in the dressing and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Chef's tips:
Adjust the dressing to your preference—double the dressing recipe if you like a heartier slaw. But be careful not to add too much... so we suggest that you use separate bowls. Simply add the slaw mix to a large bowl and drizzle the dressing until you reach your desired level of creaminess.
