Ingredients

2 pounds potatoes, washed & dried

3 Tablespoons olive oil

3 Tablespoons Moxie Smoky Maple BBQ Seasoning
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees (400 if using convection)
Cut potatoes in half lengthwise. Place flat side down on the cutting board and cut in half again lengthwise. Then cut each of those pieces in half so that you get 8 wedges from each potato. Try to keep them the same size.
Place all potato wedges into a bowl and drizzle with oil. Sprinkle with seasoning and toss to coat with your hands. Dump the wedges onto a large baking sheet and arrange in a single layer, trying to leave a little room inbetween each.
Bake for 35 to 45 minutes until crispy, turning once about half way through cooking.
Serve immediately with dipping sauce of your choice (try our Caine’s Sauce dupe!)
