Ingredients

5 Persian cucumbers, sliced

½ red onion, sliced thin

2 T Moxie Garlic & Chive Seasoning

Olive Oil to taste

Vinegar to taste

Sea Salt & Pepper to taste
Directions
In a large mixing bowl, toss cucumber slices with sea salt and let sit for 9 minutes.
Rinse thoroughly with cold water, then pat dry.
Return cucumbers to the bowl and add sliced red onion and Moxie Garlic & Chive seasoning.
Drizzle with olive oil and vinegar, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
Stir well and enjoy!
