2 T good quality olive oil

12 C – Baby spinach, rinsed (1 large bag)

1 T Garlic & Chive Seasoning

pinch Flavor Bomb Anything
Directions
- In an 8-quart pot, heat oil over high heat until sizzling.
- Add spinach and seasoning and toss to coat.
- Turn off heat and put a lid on the pot.
Set aside for 2 minutes.
- Remove lid and once again, toss the spinach. It should be bright green and just wilted.
- Enjoy!
