Ingredients

2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast

1-2 T Moxie Smoky Maple BBQ Seasoning

2 T canola oil
Directions
Preheat outdoor grill to medium high heat.* Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness- approximately ½”.
In a small bowl, combine Smokehouse Maple Seasoning and oil to make a paste.
Smear equal portions of rub on the chicken pieces and let sit for 5-10 minutes (or store in the fridge up to overnight for even more flavor!)
Place chicken on the grill and reduce heat to medium. Cook for 7-9 minutes on each side until done to an internal temperature of 165° F. Rotate chicken frequently to prevent burning.
Slice and serve with your favorite sides.
Recipe Note
Chef's Tip:
*This can also be made in a conventional oven. Place the chicken in a baking dish and bake at 350 for 20-35 minutes, depending on the thickness of the chicken.
** For the JUICIEST chicken, remove from the heat at 160 degrees, cover with a tinfoil tent and let it rest for about 5 minutes until the internal temperature has reached 165 degrees. Slice & serve.
