Ingredients

1 tsp Moxie Mediterraneand Seasoning

2 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar

½ tsp Moxie Flavor Bomb Anything

4 T olive oil

4 Cups sliced cucumbers (peels on or off- your choice)

1/4 Cup thinly sliced white onion or red onion

2 Cups vine ripe tomatoes, cut into cubes (or cherry / grape tomatoes cut in half)

6 oz feta cheese, crumbled or cut into small chunks
Directions
Add the oil, vinegar, Flavor Bomb and Mediterranean in the bottom of a large bowl. Whisk together.
Add remaining ingredients to the bowl and toss to coat. Let sit for 15 minutes in the fridge to allow the vinegar to mellow the onion and flavors to meld. Serve chilled.
