Ingredients
- 1 10oz can good quality chicken breast (net weight 7 ounces)
- 1 egg

3 T panko breadcrumbs (or grated parmesan cheese for keto / no carb)

1 tsp Garlic and Chive Seasoning

1 C low-fat shredded mozzarella cheese

Directions
- Drain and flake canned chicken using a fork. Remove as much liquid as possible.
Place chicken in a single layer on a cookie sheet and bake for 5-7 minutes at 500 degrees F. (stirring occasionally) until dry and somewhat crisp.
- Let chicken cool slightly and combine with a beaten egg, panko (or parmesan as mentioned below) and seasoning in a large bowl.
- Form into a ball and pour mixture onto a silicone baking sheet.
- Cover with a piece of parchment paper and gently roll into a thin crust.
Bake the crust for 8-10 minutes at 500° F.
Remove from oven, add cheese and other toppings, sprinkle with Flavor Bomb and bake for another 6-10 minutes at 500° F. Toppings will dictate final cooking time.
