Ingredients

4 bread items of your choice (English Muffin, Rolls, croissant, etc.)

4 sausage patties (precooked)

2 tsp Moxie Smoky Maple BBQ Seasoning

4-8 eggs (depending how many you want per sandwich)

2 T butter
-
1 tsp Moxie Flavor Bomb Anything Seasoning

4 slices of cheese (your choice- we LOVE smoked gouda with this recipe)
Directions
Toast the bread if desired
Place a pan large enough to hold 4 sausage patties on the stove over medium high heat. Cook for 1 minute until slightly browned. Flip the sausage over and sprinkle each with some Maple BBQ Seasoning. Cover with a lid and let sausage cook for an additional 2 minutes.
While sausage is cooking Heat butter in a skillet over medium high heat. Add the eggs, sprinkle with Flavor Bomb Anything Seasoning and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side, depending on preferred yolk style.
Place one cooked egg on your bread. Top with a slice of cheese and then a piece of sausage. Add an additional egg if desired. Serve warm & Enjoy!
