Ingredients

2 pounds chicken breast cutlets, sliced or pounded thin

1 tsp Moxie Flavor Bomb Anything Seasoning

2 Tablespoons oil

2 ounces fresh spinach
-
½ Cup chicken broth
-
4-5 sun dried tomatoes, sliced thin

½ Cup heavy cream
-
1 Tablespoon Moxie Garlic and Chive Seasoning

1 Cup flour
-
½ cup parmasean cheese
Directions
Sprinkle chicken with Flavor Bomb Anything Seasoning. Dredge in flour and shake off any excess.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken until browned and just cooked through, about 5-7 minutes minutes. Transfer to a plate, cover and keep warm.
Add the spinach to the pan and sauté for 1 minute.
Increase the heat to high, add chicken broth, tomatoes, heavy cream(and any juice from the chicken plate) and Garlic and Chive Seasoning to the pan. Scrape any bits off the bottom of the pan to incorporate into the sauce.
Bring to a boil and then turn the heat to medium. Let the sauce simmer until reduced by half and slightly thickened. Add the parm and stir to combine once melted. This will help thicken and set the sauce.
Add the chicken back to the pan and turn to coat with the sauce. Serve the chicken topped with the sauce and enjoy with pasta, rice or mashed potatoes.
