Don’t be afraid to try this rich, roasted butternut squash—it’s sweet, salty, and absolutely irresistible! As it roasts, the natural sugars caramelize, bringing out decadent flavors that are so good, even the kids will love it. 1 pound butternut squash pieces (ok to use frozen!)

3 T olive oil

3 T Moxie Smoky Maple BBQ Seasoning
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Place squash pieces into a bowl and drizzle with oil. Sprinkle with seasoning and toss to coat with your hands. Dump the pieces onto a large baking sheet and arrange in a single layer, trying to leave a little room between each.
Bake for 35 to 45 minutes until golde , turning once about half way through cooking. Serve immediately.
Recipe Note
*For a fun and spicy alternative, try using Moxie Cajun seasoning! You can either add a little to the Smoky BBQ blend for a little spice or swap it completely! The flavor combinations are endless.
