Don’t be afraid to try this rich, roasted butternut squash—it’s sweet, salty, and absolutely irresistible! Ingredients

1 Pound butternut squash cubes (fresh or frozen)

3 Tablespoons olive oil

3 Tablespoons Moxie Smokey Maple BBQ Seasoning
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Place squash pieces into a bowl and drizzle with oil. Sprinkle with seasoning and toss to coat with your hands. Dump the pieces onto a large baking sheet and arrange in a single layer, trying to leave a little room between each.
Bake for 35 to 45 minutes until golden, turning once about half way through cooking. Serve immediately.
