Ingredients

10-12 medium carrots, peeled with green tops cut off

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons Moxie Smoky Maple BBQ Seasoning
Directions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
In a small bowl, add olive oil and Smokey Maple BBQ Seasoning. Stir to combine.
Line large sheet pan with parchment paper. Place carrots on sheet pan in a single layer. Drizzle olive oil and Smokey Maple mixture on top of the carrots. Flip to coat on both sides.
Roast carrots in the oven for 30 minutes or until desired tenderness, flipping once during roasting.
Serve warm or cold!
