20 ounces wild caught salmon

1-2 Tablespoons Moxie Smoky Maple BBQ

4 Cups broccoli florets

¼ Cup chicken stock

1 tsp dijon mustard

1 tsp Flavor Bomb Anything Seasoning
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Spray a large sheet pan lightly with nonstick cooking spray.
Place the salmon in the center of the sheet pan and sprinkle with Smoky Maple BBQ Seasoning.
In a large bowl, whisk together chicken stock, Flavor Bomb Anything, olive oil and dijon mustard until combined. Toss the broccoli in the liquid and then arrange around the salmon on the sheet pan. It’s ok if the juice is on the pan, it’ll add flavor.
Bake for 15-25 minutes, depending on your preferred temperature and the thickness of the fish. Less for medium rare fish, more for medium.
Place salmon on a plate and serve with your favorite side dish!
