Ingredients

2 Persian cucumbers, sliced

2 T of sea salt

1 T soy sauce

1 T rice vinegar or white vinegar

1 T Chinese Chili Crisp Oil

1 T white granulated sugar

1 tsp sesame oil

1 tsp sesame seeds

1 T Moxie Garlic & Chive Seasoning

1 tsp Moxie Tangy Sriracha Salt

1 bunch scallions finely chopped
Dressing
Directions
Place cucumber slices and 2 tablespoons of sea salt in a medium bowl. Let sit for 9 minutes to draw out excess moisture.
Rinse cucumbers thoroughly with cold water and pat dry with a clean towel.
In a separate bowl, whisk together all dressing ingredients until well combined.
Pour the dressing over the cucumbers and gently toss to coat.
