Ingredients

1 3/4 lbs. cod or haddock (wild caught)

1 T Moxie Taco Seasoning

2 T oil of your choice

your favorite taco shells and condiments
Directions
- Pat fish dry and cut into 1" chunks
Sprinkle Taco Seasoning over fish and toss to coat.
Heat oil in a large, nonstick frying pan over medium - high heat.
- Add fish and cook for 10 - 12 minutes, until fish is opaque and breaks apart into flakes. Be careful not to overcook or the fish will be dry and chewy.
- Serve hot with your favorite condiments.
- Makes about 4 servings.
