Ingredients

20 ounces wild caught salmon

Pinch Flavor Bomb Anything Seasoning

1 lemon, sliced

Fresh parsley or chives for garnish if desired

1 Tablespoon olive oil

1 stick salted butter, softened (NOT melted)

3 T Moxie Garlic and Chive Seasoning

Directions
Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.
Coat non-stick pan with olive oil
Place the salmon in the pan and sprinkle with Flavor Bomb Anything. Place 4-5 ½” chunks of Garlic and Chive Moxie Melts in random places around the fish.
Slice the lemons and place them around the fish. Slow bake for 20-25 minutes, depending on your preferred temperature. Less for medium rare fish, more for medium.
Place salmon on a plate and serve with your favorite side dish!
